Restorative Roots Wilkes-Barre is proud to be the first state-licensed male Recovery House in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Our state licensure not only ensures a higher standard of care, but also opens the door to funding opportunities that are not available through unlicensed recovery homes.

Single County Authority/ County Drug and Alcohol Program
Pennsylvania residents stepping down from a higher level of treatment at a licensed drug and alcohol treatment facility may qualify for financial assistance through their local Single County Authority/ County Drug and Alcohol Office. We encourage you to speak with your Case Worker, who can help you explore these options and connect with the appropriate resources.

Opioid Settlement Funds
Opioid Settlement Funds have been awarded to each county in Pennsylvania to help provide Drug and Alcohol Treatment to residents affected by the Opioid Crises. Contact your county case worker to see if funding is available through your county.

Other Funding Sources
Each county has different Funding Resources available. Each Pennsylvania County has their own Single County Authority (SCA). Check with your Case Worker at your current Drug and Alcohol Provider to explore current funding opportunities.
