Restorative Roots Wilkes-Barre is proud to be the first state-licensed male Recovery House in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Our state licensure not only ensures a higher standard of care, but also opens the door to funding opportunities that are not available through unlicensed recovery homes.

Luzerne/Wyoming Counties Drug and Alcohol Program
Residents of Luzerne County, stepping down from a higher level of treatment at a licensed drug and alcohol treatment facility may qualify for financial assistance through the Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Single County Authority. Call 570.338.7811. If you're from outside Luzerne or Wyoming Counties, funding may still be available through your local Single County Authority or community-based organizations. We encourage you to speak with your Case Worker, who can help you explore these options and connect with the appropriate resources.

Self Pay
Potential residents may choose to Self Pay at a rate of $40.00 USD per day. Restorative Roots has a minimum stay requirement of 90 days and a maximum stay of 24 months. Residents who Self Pay must pay $1,800 for the first 45 days. Call to discuss making additional payment arrangements.

Other Funding Sources
Each county has different Funding Resources available. Each Pennsylvania County has their own Single County Authority (SCA). Check with your Case Worker at your current Drug and Alcohol Provider to explore current funding opportunities.
